- The infrastructure at GNIT is top notch the infrastructure includes labs , tech research center ,clubs , casual seating , food places , etc..
- The over all placements here are decent with good packages
- The faculty is experienced and well qualified
Dislikes
- There aren`t holidays given on saturday, saturday stays working unlike other colleges
- There is a very strict schedule followed
- There is only a single sports hour per week
Course Curriculum Overview
The course which i have opted is computer science the main reason which made me to choose this course is my intrest in technology The current curriculum would definitely allow me to compete with the competition and as well as the real life application to the problems and more over would definitely allow me to get a job
Placement Experience
There are good placements that are offered the , Students from the 3rd year are eligibile for the placements i.e from 5th semester There are many renowned companies that visit to the campus that include infosys , wipro , tcs , genpact etc... The average packages that are offered by the companies varies from 4 to 5 lakhs based on the company and the highest package offered was 21lakhs
Fees and Financial Aid
There are ways by which we can avail scholarships By merit:- if we score a rank below 10k we are eligible to avail a scholarship of 100% from govt or the other way is to get a scholarship if your from a financially poor background or based on your caste The tution fee is fixed there isn`t any hike in the tution fee There aren`t employment / job roles for students but there are many volunteer positions available in clubs . there aren`t stipends awarded for these roles but there are certificates offered that are helpfull for the employment / placements
Campus Life
The campus life here at GNI is top notch it provides both technical and non technical life experience it improves our social skills There are fests that are held based on the occasions but there is a grand fest which is held every year named brumous it includes many aspects such as Technical , NON- Technical , cuturals , dj night etc... Every classroom is provided primarily with a writing board and a projector which is connected to wifi There are many clubs that include Sports , GDSC etc....
Admission
The admission process to get into this institution is through a entrance exam named [EAMCET] it is an entrance test conducted for all the students to get into colleges that are located in telangana. The registration fee for this exam varies based on cast The colleges include both government as well as private The eligibility criteria for this exam is to pass 12th Reservations for this exam are based on your caste and to avail those benifits a cast certificate is necessary
