Course Curriculum Overview
The course cirriculum is fine. Since the university is autonomous they have enough freedom to choose subjects and teach in a way that facilitates students to not have any issue mentally and be stress-free. They also provide enough credits for other non-professional courses like English, etc to help in their future.
Placement Experience
Placements are good in the campus. Although not all over very high pays, with enough hardwork, students are guaranteed to get atleast placements of 10LPA or more. Students are eligible for placements from 4th year onwards.
Fees and Financial Aid
The complete course of B.Tech will cost students upto a total of Rs.2,80,000 in tuition fees for 4yrs. Odd semesters cost more at around 37k, while even semester cost around 33k. SC/ST students get some scholarship, while students of same domicile get better benefits.
Campus Life
The infrastructure at Central University of Karnataka is very good. Multiple recreational zones, playing zones, 2 auditoriums, a central ground make the place very fun overall. Apart from that, classrooms are occupied with TV's and make the class very fun.
Hostel Facilities
There are 7 boys hostel and 6 girls hostel. Each hostel is occupied with wifi routers and hot water is available almost all the time. Each hostel is spacious and has an open area where students can gather.
Admission
The admission process was hassle-free. Soon after writing CUET exam and getting more than the cut-off, I was informed on mail that my admission is ready and I will have to soon pay the fees to lock my seat under my preferred course.
