KLU in a glance

My elder brother studied here and got placed at Google with a whooping package of 2500000 and that influenced me to opt this college and course. I'm interested in coding and I want to become a software developement engineer. The curriculum was quite good and offers wide range of experience. Except few faculty, the teachers are well experienced and have good teaching skills. Faculty and teaching methods can be better.

The placement record is good. This year the placements are low compared to the previous years. Due to recession and other factors the software industry placements are low but better compared to other colleges our college placements are quite better. Highest package offered is 55lpa and the average package is 9lpa.

The fee structure depends upon your KLEEE rank. It varies upon your rank. I've secured a decent rank in KLEEE and they charge around 260000 As Tution fee for 1 year for my course. Tution fee remains same through out 4 years. You can avail scholarships if your are eligible.

You can experience a good college life and you will find college very attractive. Surabi and Samyak are the annual fests. All necessary facilities are available. We have wifi facility and all other facilities like indoor and outdoor games. The college is quite big and the student intake is so high. Library is big and offers good strength at a time. There are many student clubs and chapters. If you are intrested extra curricular activities you won't get dissapointed. The college rules are too strict.

I've admitted into this college through KLEEE. Students who studied PCM or PCMB in 12th are eligible. You can take take exam in either online or offline mode. Exam consists of 75 mcq's and +4 for each correct answer and there is no negative marking. There is no reservation. Difficulty of exam is medium.
