Alva's college had changed my carrier & My view against education.

College management is very good, even our Chairman sir use to provide concession to poor students. Alva's college had changed my carrier & My view against education, I had never come with this education system before. It was wonderful fortunate for me to study in this college.

Compare to other colleges fees was less to my course & atmosphere of the city is good for study & it has historical places, Mangalore is near to the place, there is no noise pollution, city is surrounded by beautiful nature & god's temples..its having good specialities for study purpose.

I had finished Bsc.MLT in this college, MLT is having good scope in Medical field outside but in this college lack, the practical knowledge I had faced which is very much necessary in our field other than that professors are having deep knowledge about the subject which helped us much even though there is no practical knowledge.

Yeah! There is a internship period of 6 months after successful completion of course. In this period there will be no stipend providing by college or hospital.

Our field is having very good placements all over the world, only think is that sufficient salary will be not paid in this field, job opportunities are more in metropolitan city, There is no need of wasting time after completion of course because they will get job once they finish there course.

Our college is having unique nature of conducting cultural programs, our Mr.Mohan Alva Sir very strict in this case,here we celebrate most festivals has follows 1.Traditional day, 2.Eid Mubarak, 3.Deepavali,4.independce day & there will be. Sports meet.

For my course there is reasonable fees compare to other colleges even there will be scholarship schemes will apply according to caste basis. When I Was joined it was 50 thousand rupees for tuition & management fees, now might be slight increase in fee structure might be.

There is a government scholarship available according to catagery from college there is no scholarship will Be provided.

I'm very much stasified with wide campus on hill area & surrounded by greenery to college all around. There is good opportunity for sports person achieve there goal in this college, there is continues guidance will be provided by trainers.there will be extracurricular activities will be conducted especially on sports meet.

Hostels facilities are good but food is very difficulty to adjust with taste especially for north karnataka guys.other than that hostel surrounding it is good ,even I'm a north karnataka guy I was adjusted to there food habits after 1year completion.

Our seniors were always supportive in studies & they use to share there experience in college & how to crack the exam, they use to thought us.

University Exams will be annual basis & in a college there will be a twice internals we have to appear before facing university exams. University exam will be for 80marks written & 20 marks for internals.. Passing marks will be 50 for 100 marks. Annual Exams will be conducted by RGUHS.

I had came to know about this college when I was done with my Diploma course in Medical laboratory technologist by its poasters which is gave me by my friend. About admission process myself & my uncle called to college for asking whether seats are available then we got information that there is a availability of seats, so, after one week gone to college directly we reserved seat & came back with reciept & date of joining date.

All faculty was very helpful in college & professors are too good, I like Mrs. Chandraveni madam for her passions in teaching, madam helped me lot when ever I go to her with questions,Alwin Sir also good in teaching by deep explanation & our principal Sir is too good at teaching.
