The Group Discussion and Interview were conducted to assess my communication skills, leadership qualities, and teamwork abilities. The Written Test was conducted to assess my analytical and logical reasoning skills.The Group Discussion and Interview were conducted in English, and the Written Test was conducted in English as well. Overall, the admission process was comprehensive and assessed my skills and abilities in various areas.

Students at my college become eligible to sit in the campus placements from 3rd semester. A wide range of companies(big 4, BNY, Wipro ect) visit the campus for various roles. The highest package is somewhere around 20 lakhs and average package is somewhere around 10 lakhs. Nearly 97 percent of the students secure placements. After completing my MBA i plan to pursue my career in HR leveraging my prior work experience and secure a good position in the same field.
