Course Curriculum Overview
The college has excellent faculty. As the student are less so equal focus is given to all students. Various quizzes, group discussion, sdl , seminars are held in college which help in better understanding of topic. Though sometimes it becomes hectic for us too manage so much classes and task but ultimately it's beneficial for us. We have 2 internals, one pre University and one University. The question level depends from easy to moderate to sometimes hards
Internships Opportunities
Our college provide mandatory intership after final year exam for one year. In this we recieve a very good amount of , around 30k which a lot more than most of the government medical college in neigrihms. We gain a lot of clinical experience which helps us to become a good clinician.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the college is very much affordable . It is rs.16600 including college fees,hostel fees, library and all other co curricular activities, which is highly impressive. It is very minimal compared to most of the good government medical colleges. Many scholarships are available for SC students, and also students whose family annual income is low , or students who have got above 90% in boards
Campus Life
The campus life is very cool in Neigrihms. We have a neigrihms students council (NSC) which looks after various aspect including all events and fest. Our college organised aa college fest every year known as Euphoria which is a one week celebration in which we have various intra and intercollege competition and in the last day we even call the dj. Moreover almost every even in organised in our campus be it holi, diwali, Saraswati Puja, Christmas, we students have chance to experience everything. Events like Teachers day are also celebrated grandly in our college
Admission
The admission process was of two days. First day was where all my medical test were done to check if I'm fit for this profession. Second day was where the required documents were submitted and they verified all the documents which were needed. Overall it was very organised. All the information regarding application was given in the official website of neigrihms. To get admission in Neigrihms we have to clear Neet exam in which my rank was 15240 so I got chance in first counselling itself. The cut off for my year in North East quota was 595 marks . Neet exam is of 720 marks which can be given by any students anyno. Of time , there is no age limit and no limit to no. Of attempts
