Course Curriculum Overview
This college also like any other medical College follows NMC guidelines, there are many patients as it is an old hospital so practical exposure is quite decent. The difficulty level of exams varies with different departments, but overall it prepares the students nonetheless.
Internships Opportunities
After our bachelor's degree, we have to do internship of 365days under various departments throughout our internship with a salary of around 22k per month. The medical internship is obviously hectic but the specific college is not to blame.
Fees and Financial Aid
Admission fee is 99900 and the tution fee per year is around 70k. I avail hostel which is 15k per year. There are various stipends the students can apply for. Hostel is not compulsory. So you can save money by being a dayscholar.
Campus Life
Every year there's a fresher welcome party like pheonix and synapse. Apart from freshers there's also college fest and college week. There are literary clubs and there's the college magazine. We have a decent field to play football and cricket.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel room is quite small for a single room. The meal is really tasteless and monotonous. Registration and affordability is good. The locality is not very residential since it's a hospital area, most residents are students from other states.
Admission
You need to clear NEET, for gen the cutoff was around 550+ for ST it was 350+ the application form can be taken from academic block of our college building, there are stipend schemes for financially weak students, there are a total of 3 internal and 1 University examination in total.
