I have chosen this college because it gives a wide opportunity to overcome everything in life. Most of the alumni of this college are holding the main role in this society. The motto of this college is let your lite shine. Most of the Loyolites are given an opportunity to shine their life in this world.

Course and curriculum are good and it benefits for those students who come from Tamil medium background. It almost covers the major components that you would like to take in your life. Not only bookish knowledge even practical knowledge has room to learn.

Yes, they give privilege to internship also. But the time period will be on the year-end which is from December to January. Which means from Christmas to Pongal. It depends upon how you approach the companies and students have a lot of opportunities especially in the metro city like Chennai.

Placement and job opportunity is also provided on campus premises. There is a separate department called training and development who not only deal with placements, they also conduct a workshop, if there is any company is interested in an internship or part-time job for students and preparation for interviews are also given for students.

Loyola college is famous for the cultural fest and other department fests. There is mainly two fest which is celebrated inside the college and outside the college. Ovation is the fest where they celebrate very grandly in which it is celebrated on the odd semester. Ignite is which celebrated on even semester. Apart from this Diwali, Pongal, Christmas, hostel day, department fest etc. are celebrated on college premises.

Yes of course, as I have mentioned earlier that Loyola college provides scholarships for those who face problems in financial support.

According to the gender ratio Loyola college has more men than women. For the female student, only two departments and pg admissions are provided. There are provisions for lab facilities for each department and sports department are also given importance. Sports day are also celebrated in the college.

Hostel facilities are fine and good in terms of discipline. And seats for the hostel is limited. According to the strategy and vacancy the divide seats on various categories. They give preference to the disabled students and students those who face financial problems. Apart from that everyone has an equal opportunity to study in the hostel by adapting the rules and regulations.

I don’t have any knowledge about t question. But alumni day are also celebrated in college every year.

Exam structure is as usual like other colleges. But Semester exams are directly related to attendance. You are required to maintain at least 80 % of attendance for your safety. If you do not keep the specific attendance level then you will the consequences where you need to struggle to get you to admit card.

It’s a very difficult question to answer. But here in Loyola you need to have a lot of patience belief and support in yourself when you are going under admission process. The procedure for each and every process depends on how you approach it. From your positive attitude you will derive what you want.

This question is common to all the colleges. Faculty will be good if you are good to them. You need to treat and give faculty as your friend. There is a system called faculty assessment we’re each and every student can give feedback in the portal. So most of the faculty support the students in terms of Academics.
