- It is very close to the main city which makes it easy to go out with friends.
- College is present in the capital city and transport from railway station is available at all times.

Dislikes
- Lack of accomodation in hostels for all students.
- Small campus area with a lot of wasted space.
- The main campus infrastructure hasn't been upgraded since a long time.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was always interested in computers and technology so that's why I chose this course. Subjects are updated with changing trends but there are a few subjects which still stick to old syllabus. Depreciated topics are present in some subjects
Internships Opportunities
For my batch(2026) only a single company came to offer interns but that maybe common since I'm in 2nd Year. As for what I've heard from my seniors, they said that due to recession not a lot of companies visited this year, and companies that do come took less number of students than usual. Normally you would need a really good resume and skills to secure an internship. Women have better opportunities as some companies only take women.
Placement Experience
Placements are recently well in this college. Due to recession they are going slow but students are getting placed in companies. To be eligible for placements, students have to be in 4th year. 3rd year students get internships and receive PPOs. In my branch, 90% + students get placed. Although rare, students from 2nd Year might get interns as well. Highest package offered this year was 55 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Students whose family income is between 1-5 Lakhs get a 66% concession on fees while those whose income is less than 1Lakh get full waiver on tuition fees. Seniors give a lot of information about various scholarships and how to apply for them. College approves documents necessary for scholarships. Hostel fees is same for everyone and there is no concessions available for it.
Campus Life
E-cell - November Aavartan - Late January Eclectika - Late February Samar - Mid January These are the major fests that occur in college. Library is within the main building and has a wide collection of books but it is pretty small and cannot accommodate a lot of students. There are a total of 11 clubs and committees in the college. Starting from the 1st year itself, they advertise regularly to recruit new talent. College has 2 main grounds, volleyball court, basketball court and 2 badminton courts. A gym is also present
Admission
Each Branch was alloted a specific date on which they were supposed to come, but students who came on a later date were able to apply as well. It was pretty crowded on the day of admission. Accommodation was a problem as hostel wasn't provided on the day of admission so I had to return home and come back on the starting day. Overall admission went pretty smoothly but staying was a problem.
