- i like the infrastructure of departments and classrooms of the cse departments.
- i also like the timetable of classes for the cse classes each with 1 hr lecture and breaks.
- i like the course explanation for teachers and our proffesors,they are well professionals in courses like data structures and algorithms,dbms..,etc
Dislikes
- i disliked the hostel food facility,water and infrastructure of the hostels.
- i dont like the distance between the hostels and course departments it is 4 km up and down.so daily i travel 8 km in the 1st year.
- i disliked that not many students got placed,complete placement recors should be given.
Course Curriculum Overview
I rate the cse course 8 out of 10,the teachers teach well but some students may understand and some cannot. the teaching was ok in some subjects but the student should learn all the subjects for his development.the 2 months interns arrive at the beginning of 3rd year.the placements will be going on in 4th year starting.overall the complete teaching,doubt solving,explanation,maintenance and other things will be raten as 7 out of 10.
Internships Opportunities
the internships are of 2types, 2months internships and 6 months internships,the 2months internships starts at the starting of the 3rd year and the 6 months starts from 4th year.many companies arrive for the cse students and some for ther branches.this is the overall details of the internship opportunities.
Placement Experience
the placements are good but it takes only few students.faang companies like Microsoft amazon Texas,Google comes for internships as well as the placements.the coding tests and interview tests should be passed to get internships and placement offers.overall the placements are good but most students should be placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
the fees structure was 24000 for the course the hostel fees is of 18000 and the mess fees for two semesters is 24000.the 2m internships was ranges for 50000 to 200000 for cse students many companies like Microsoft and google came with intern offers most studying students can get internship opportunities.
Campus Life
many clubs like roobaroo,quizzers and other clubs were in manit.the infrastructure of course departments is well and good.but the hostel infrastructure is poor the walls are broken and the bathroom system is worse.it needs to develop more the hostel food is also not that good.but it's good only on Saturdays.
Hostel Facilities
the hostel facility is not that good,the food is ok but not that good,the current goes for 2 days at some weather conditions,some water can enter in our room.the 2nd hostel is the worse compared to other hostels.the hostel 10 is best for 1st years. h7 and h12 hostels are for girls. other hostels are for btech and mtech students.
Admission
the admission process went well,it requires the josaa rank certificate, college admission form,10,12th marksheets and medical report of the student and many more.there is a cut off for every branch and the students above the cutoff will be taken as the student in the course.the student had already know this in the josaa ranking system.for cse students it requires 98 percentile and above, and for other reservations it varies.in this way the admission system works in our college.the cut off varys by every year based on josaa ranking.
