Likes

Environment here gives peaceful mindset. The sunset and sunrise are the best.
Ambience and the greenary look this place hold is breathtaking.
The people here are all over from India and even from neighbouring countries.

Dislikes

Transportation facilities is the only thing which I don't get fulfilled here.

Course Curriculum Overview

IMSc Chemistry course avails both practical and theoretical knowledge at its best. The faculties here are well knowledgeable and experienced people. Lab are all well equipted. And the environment we get to study is also completely greenary.

Internships Opportunities

Internship is awailed for many programs and MBA course has attractive internships. And the Tamil department also gets to know more about excavation. Internships are part of the program they avial here so mostly everyone here will get very good on field experience

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester fees will be below 9000. Whole 5 year course cost around 1.5 lakhs. Central and state government scholarship are available here. There won't be much work for students than keeping their surroundings clean and using dustbins.

Campus Life

I personally enjoy the overall campus experience I get here. The festivals celebrated here includes Pongal, diwali, onam, ugadhi, holi and various other celebration will be there. Here students go for tournaments and IUTs. Musical Club is the one I like among the most

Hostel Facilities

In room there will be cot, study table, and chair will be provided. Mess food is good for the cost. Registration process for hostel is not that complicated here all you need is filled hostel application form available in website and the fees receipt. Little princess hostel near college is also used by few people.

Hostel Fee: INR 4000 per year

Admission

Eligibility: CUET UG NTA avails the details of the exam and gives notification for the exam at February. Exam will be conducted in the month of May. Reservation is availed and detailed info will be available in the college website u opt for. Exam will be medium difficulty. +2 Syllabus is enough to pass the exam.

A College that builds knowledge,confidence and memories

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to current academic and real world needs,it hepls built astrong foundation knowledge especially in my field geography,the syllabus also supports preparation for competitive exams and higher education. Exams are conducted regularly and difficulties level is moderate,which helps in consistent preparation,however adding more practical assessments instead of only theoretical exams would be beneficial Overall the curriculum is good but it can be improved by including updated topics more hands on learning,and modern teaching methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

My experience at Women's Christian College

Placement Experience:

The placements at college were good. Students become eligible for placement from the 5th semester. Some of the companies to my knowledge were Deloitte, Cognizant, Hexaware and the average package was between 3lpa to 5lpa. In my class, ther percentage pf students placed was more than 75%. My plan after my Bachelors was to immediately pursue Masters degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This college is a famous one and it is studied by many higher officials. The faculty is very good and talented, students ratio is 500:900. A Hidden Story of Central University of Tamilnadu

I applied for the other colleges like Banaras Hindu University and Allahabad University and many other colleges and that colleges are quite old and they have some reputation and name of their academic background and their curriculum. I didn't get admission their because of my low marks as i am from general category and for general category the cutoff is very high and so that i had given the CUET exam that is common University Entrance Exam and that therough i got my college Central University of Tamilnadu. I didn't get any rejection from any other college i choosen this college. During my admission, the exam was CUCET. I had a score of 212. I got admission in the first allotment itself. I guess the cut-off was around 150 for general category students that year.
