A good place for a disciplined student

Curriculum is good enough for a student to pursue career in physics, syllabus is updated according to the current trends. It is quite good for a student to pursue career in research, improvement must be taken toward a placement oriented syllabus, a semester runs for four months followed by an around 3 month summer vacation and 1 month winter vacation. Exams level is good compare to the syllabus which is taught in class.

Many industrial related companies like ongc, bhel for core companies and for software roles in Amazon Google Microsoft and in my field research internships at many research centres like BARC, Tifr ,Iisc and DAAD WISE is a very good opportunity for international research exposure.

For masters students in physics you can go for an internship or Pre placement offer at 4 th year of a five year course. There was a list of so many companies around 200+ with a decent number of percentage of placements, I don't have any exact numbers to provide. Highest package of this year is 56lpa and the average package is 7lpa and many software roles along with the core jobs. Nearly 80 percent of the students who wish to appear for placements usually gets placed. I am looking for a higher education opportunities after this.

Tution fee is of around 34,500 per even semester and 38,500 for every odd semester. There won't be any direct scholarship for all the students. They can avail through National Scholarship Portal and also they can avail Inspire Scholarship. Nsp gives around 10,000 per year mostly, and Inspire Scholarship gives 60,000 per year. Some times students can avail departmental research Internships through which they can get a stipend of 10,000 per two months in the summer, depends on the availability of projects and faculty.

Sparsh is the biggest cultural fest in Gujarat state, it will be held every year once and there are many technical events goes on like twice in a month and Mind bend is the biggest technical event which occurs once in a year. Library is the heart of the college with more than 1 lakh books available. High class classrooms with projectors and Air conditioners mostly. Every sport is supported and inter nit sports meet will be conducted once a year and many internal sports events every now and then. There are many technical and cultural clubs which are helpful to nourish students in different paths.

The facilities provided are quite good for the paid fees. Hostel rooms are either single or double depends on the availability and year of study. Rooms are provided with wifi and lan with a bed , chair and table. Laundry is in paid basis . Menu is quite good not that bad , need to get accustomed to the food with time. Hostel fees is affordable and will be done through the online portal of college and it will be available for all the students without any scarcity of rooms.

Student must pass 12 th examination, mode of admission is through jee mains examination, you can apply for the admission through josaa counseling or through csab, applicant must pay the fee of certain amount for one semester, if got confirmed for admission, cut off will be different for different categories, exam is conducted every year twice in January and April.
