Best 2 years of your life #Niam

Basically i completed my graduation in BSC. Agri, so i wanted to carry forward this. Niam being a premiere institute always a dream for many BSC. Agri graduates. Course curriculum was well designed, it was not only focused on agri related courses but it was including all general MBA subjects also. 3 months three semester in 1st year then Internship followed by same 3 months three semester.

College provides internship opportunities after completion of 1st year. Many companies visited the campus like UPl, Adventz, Gyan dairy, tata rallis, EY, Vegrow etc. stipend offered was in range from 20k-50k/Month. Projects were mostly related to Market research, Sales & Marketing, Supply chain etc.

The best thing about NIAM is the placement, 100% placement record since the inception of college. campus generally starts around oct-nov in 2nd year. many top companies visits campus like Olam, EY, Adani wilmar, UPL, Coromandel, ADM, HDFC bank etc. Highest package offered was around 16 lakh offered by Kemin and avg package was 11 lakh.

Total was during my time was 6.75 lakhs but i was increased recently to around 9 lakhs for 2 years. you dont need to pay anything extra aprt from your uniform and some events. College provides scholaship to the student who scores 1 st during the whole college. An amount of 1 lakh will be given to the topper.

Campus experience is best among the other colleges. College is spreaded across 32 acres lush green with around 3-4 gardens. in campus we have conducted so many events, biggest fest was Agrovon which a national level fest. apart from this we conduct almost all the festivals. there around 9 major committies and 9 other other committies.

Hostel Facility was good, 2-3 students were accomdated in one room. room size was big with attached washroom. Playing area and TV room was also there in the hostel. Food was decent, 3 meals and one snacks in a day. Hostel was provided by college with the campus.

I got Admission through Cmat exam, then i applied for the college. college fees for application was 1500 and Cmat exam fees was 2000. Admission process was smooth, first college shared shortlist of around 500 students. Next step was GD where group of 10 students was formed after that selected students had PI and the final results came after 1-2 weeks of time.

Total 2 rounds were there GD and PI. GD topic were related to the current affairs and some industrial changes. In GD group of 10 students were formed based on that further students were shortlisted for P.I where one on one interview was taken by the panelist. around 5-6 people were there for the interview. In Interview they asked about graduation and why MBA, where do you see yourself after 5-6 years.
