- Good teachers . They are very kind to the students always available and always helping for the academics of the students
- Less fees then most of the colleges in Delhi . Also there are many scholarship which the student can take to reduce the fees also.
- Regular fest . There are always something happening in the college whether it is a big fest or small thing making interesting for the student
Dislikes
- Small canteen . Which makes conjusted for the student when there is so much crowd
- No AC in the classes making difficult for in the summer time
- No hostel . There are no hostel in the campus for the students , the students have to find pgs near the college
Course Curriculum Overview
Pros - Teachers in Akilesh Das Gupta institute of professional studies are very good , helping in nature and complete their syllabus on time . Library has lot of books according to curriculum and easily available . Nearby pg Cons - Not good surrounding and area of the college No hostels and small canteen
Placement Experience
The college provide a decent placement not good as any government IIT or NIT but still it is better and then many of the private universities and also has a better return on investment as the fees is very much low compared to the many private universities. There are also some students which have played UPSC from the school which shows that the students also has other interested like for civil services exam MBA , m tech apart from the coding jobs . There are not as such on campus placement for the civil and mechanical branches same as the any other college also
Fees and Financial Aid
Akhilesh Das College institute of professional studies has affordable and less fees than most of the Government colleges in India and even the colleges under IP University. The college fees is 1,44000 per year . Apart from that there is no as such fees required by the college. There are also many scholarship provided by the college mainly for the reserved category. The main and most useful scholarship is the merit comes which is by the Delhi government an applied for this college.In this the student can avail 100 percent refund back from the tution fees
Campus Life
Anugoonj is mainly the big fest in IP University . Along with that there are more sports fest and other fest done at the adgips and the from the IP University side. The society club of the college is also good there are several societies like dance singing dramatics acting management and coding societies like codechief . All this clubs provide a valuable experience and exposure to the students providing the knowledge other than the academics for the betterment of the students overall knowledge
Admission
Dr Akhilesh Das College institute of professional studies namely before ( adgitm) is under the Indraprastha University Delhi. For addmission student have to appear in jee mains and clearing the cutoff according to branches . After jee mains , IP University Addmission forms are out which student have to fill and appear in the counselling process and do choice filling . According to the rank , student get the seat . The addmission process is quite simple you have to fill the admission form from Indraprastha University and then do choice filling for several round and after when college cut off releases the seat gets alloted to student and the student have to give 40,000 for the first seat and after the final seat alloted student have to submit the remaining one year fees in the particular college and get addmission.
