Course Curriculum Overview
Course Circullum is not that much good it's decent . Main focus on learning not about the real world application. Teaching faculty for the first year students are best and afterwards 1st it's decent or may be poor some times. Every in 1.5 or 2 months there is sessional which is 2 or 3 in count and 1 PUT( Pre University Test) 1 month before the exam. Frequency may vary. For sessional timing is 2 hrs and for PUT timing is 3 hours.
Placement Experience
There are Not many companies that visit our Campus. 4th year students are eligible for applying in placement. Companies like TCS , Infosys , Wipro , etc visits our campus but the placement rate is low around 5-6 students get selected from every 10 to 15 group.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Complete course fee vary around 4 to 5 lacs ( without mess or other expenses like travelling to college, etc.) . For 1st year students fees Vary around Rs. 108000 and Afterwards it's Rs 95000 per year. No stipends and other thing given. Some Good students can avail scholarship which is upto Rs. 10000 terms and conditions applied on that.
Campus Life
Less Activities are done by the college . But activities Like For freshers , Hackathons , Dandiya night , Sports day and some other events done Frequently one time 2-3 months . There are no social group , clubs present in college .
Admission
Eligibility for B. Tech - 60% + in 12 th . JEE Mains or advance Or CUET percentile also consider For much information you can visit official website of BiT - https://bitmeerut.edu.in/ Main Semester exams will start in February or March For one sem and for other it's vary from July - August . From September New batches start . Remember - This is just approximation . BIT Meerut is affiliated to Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU).So, the frequency of the exam can vary . The timing is 3 hrs . Moderate or Higher Difficulty level of the paper .
