Likes
- First of all the basic reason of liking is it's placement states not an extraordinary but good.
- There are few clubs which really improve student practical knowledge like Drishti.
- Location of college is too good. You can access all the city with cheap transportation.
Dislikes
- As said few clubs are good but most of the clubs is not worth your time.
- There are lots corruption is going on due to which all funds goes into professor's account.
- Hostel construction is the worse even few hostel gets the notice from government due to it's weak construction.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose chemical because placement states of chemical is good for this college here we get industrial knowledge by our experiments and internships. For 1 sem there are two exams one is mid and another is end-sem exam and total 8 sem are present.
Fees and Financial Aid
Your all academic fees will go around 650k for 8 semester in which tution fees would be around 500k. You can apply for various scholarships one is MYSY for Gujarat students you can check it's conditions one aid which is provided is if your family income is less then 1,00,000 than you get full fee remission on tuition fees and if your family income is between 1-5 lakh than you get 2/3 tution fees remission. There is some research internships opportunities for campus student which has stipend.
Campus Life
Campus life is not so good as i expected. Here all over construction is going on in which corruption has no limit even the building which are constructed are not good enough except library and about clud life there is only 2-3 clubs which really helps students which are Drishti and Phoenix racing.
Admission
i got an admission through csab counseling which take place after jossa and as i had a category of obc so i got admission at pr 93. One aspect i didn't like is process of arranging collage in a order is too lengthy. For eligibility you should have PCM in 11th and 12th and you have to give jee clear the cutoff of your respective category. we can find application form on jossa website where fees category wise given and you can also see dates whenever ir release. You can give jee twice a year one is before your board (around FEB) and one is after board (around march) difficulty level is moderate.
