Perfect college for BE course

I had a good experience with the college. Although the city was under development during the 2007 year, now both City and college have developed nicely.

Good staff, Infrastructure & Facilities. I was interested in Computers and 2-3 of my cousins had great education career in the same institution. One of the oldest institutions with good hostel facility and management is friendly. Exams are conducted very well here.

It an organized one. As it became an autonomous college in the year 2007, the curriculum was designed by one of best available faculty in industry, the course covered all the major subjects and corresponding practicals so that there is proper hands-on experience with real-time scenarios.

Top IT / Electronic companies visit BEC Bagalkot and placement officer has good experience in conducting pre-placement programs and help candidates to increase their chance to clear interviews. Labs are there to conduct interview rounds and overall every year close to 50-60 % students gets placed.

good food. I would rate 8/10. Will get nice vegetarian food. jowar roti, hot chapati, 2 different vegetable, 1 curry, fresh curd, salads, and pickle. Every day there will be breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. Tea/coffee 2 times a day. I used to stay in a V block hostel.

Includes 3 internal paper writing, internal practicals, 1 external practical and theory. All exams will be conducted smoothly and there will proper arrangements prior to an exam. Exams are conducted strictly and any cheating is not tolerated. Evaluation is fair enough too.

COMED-K entrance exam i had got decent ranking during 2007 year and later went to Bangalore for counseling where i selected information science & engineering as my branch. Came back to Bagalkot and completed admission formalities and choose hostel facilities .

talking about teaching Faculty, the majority of them are Ph.D. completed with deep knowledge of their subject. Calm and cool minded and deals equally with all kind of students and assist whenever required. Non Teaching and management staff is also equally good.
