Course Curriculum Overview

Various aspects that influenced my decision include the various courses available in the college. A candidate can choose courses according to his interests and career goals. The curriculum is alligned with the real-world applications which will help us in future. The college follows trimester system and helds exams after a trimester ends and apart from these there are tests, projects and presentations held throughout that are considered as internal exams.

Class Size: 10Course Fees: INR 700000 per year

Placement Experience

For internships, the students are eligible to apply from trimester 1 itself. Various companies have visited the campus, like EY, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, HDFC Bank etc. The placements are still ongoing, but one can find the data for previous years on the official website.

Fees and Financial Aid

The complete cost would be around 14 lakhs. There are a few scholarships available for the students. There are various internship opportunities available for which the candidates can apply, according to his specialisation and interests.

Campus Life

There is Webiz, a fest which generally is held in March. There are a lot of boks and journals available for the students and also access to digital library that can be accessed by all the students online. There are some clubs and committes that students can join on campus.

Admission

The admission process for the PGDM course was quite streamlined. Candidates need to meet certain criteria, including minimum percentages in 10th, 12th and graduation to apply for the courses. The application form can be found on the official website. All the necessary information like deadline to fill the form, application fees, etc is mentioned there. The college accepts test score of various entrance examinations. The candidates can apply through any of these. After clearing the cut off, candidates are shortlisted for further rounds, which includes GD and PI. Overall the entire admission process was very smooth and efficient.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. The Real College Life

I was admitted through CMAT examination. The minimum cutoff to qualify was 80 but I had scored 97.5%. The admission process consisted of GD followed by PI, with moderate level of difficulty. The fee structure last year was 14,00,000 for two years but for the current year they have increased it to 15,50,000 for the entire 2 years.
