Curriculum given by the college was very good. You get to know the basics of each course in your 1st year. As youove on to upcoming semesters, the courses are highly engaging but little bit tough. We need to work little bit and professors were supportive and encouraged us always.

Internships Opportunities

I have been offered a summer internship i. Qualcomm under software domain with a stipend of around 45k per month where I need to work for 2 months. I am going to work over there this summer. I heard that company is good and the working culture is also very good and it gives pre placement offers to most of the interns

Placement Experience

Placements this year didn't go that well due to recession and inflation in current industries. Very few companies came. However the average package of the placed students is around 14-15 LPA. Around 80 percent of the total students got placed

Fees and Financial Aid

Every semester you need to pay an amount of 62500 as your tuition fee and fees remission will be provided according to your annual income certificate. There is an annual fee of 14200. I received fee remission according to my income certificate. Hostel fee for each semester is 40100 for our batch

Campus Life

Campus Life is good incase if I had to describe it in one word. The main problem is scorching heat and high temperatures during summers. Only mode of transport to roam in college are our cycles. There is a swimming pool, gym with good equipment, all sports facilities are also available.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good. We have 2 members per room and the room is quite spacious too. High speed free wifi is provided for the students in the hostel. Hostel fee according to what I feel so affordable

Hostel Fee: INR 80200 per year

Admission

Admission process was online through JoSaa portal.My Jee mains rank was 2739. Cut off for was around 3000 rank. Documents were verified online and we received a call from the verification officer regarding the documents and other details

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
