My course is mechanical engineering when I was in 9th class I decided to be a mechanical engineer because I like cars I want very how it works how it made later on from my teachers gave advice software field is nice as compared to the mechanical engineering so i think I want be a software engineer I try hard for that but I got admission in mechanical engineering then curriculum is very nice and prof explains how mechanical engineering is very spread around for world and getting interesting in Mechanical Engineering in svnit awesome prof ,some labs are awesome some are just good,in teaching methods visualization is very important exam are moderate

For the internship ther is lot of mail you got which companies running their bootcamp in campus also in 3rd year which company are come for give placement they are also came for internship so Internship is jp morgan , L&T,oracle,Microsoft,flipkart,Amazon, avg stipend is 20 thousand And for project under the prof and also phd scholars

From 5/6/7 th semester students getting placement some are getting placement from the pre placement offer by their internship and 7 th sem is season of placement where is almost people are getting their placement there is 70 to 80 companies visiting for each course For. CSE and ECE highest package are 48.88 lakh Avg is 18.50 lakh For MECH,civil,chemical,electrical highest are 17.50 lakh Avg is 10.50 lakh 90% placements After getting degree is plan to take on campus placement

In svnit for ST/SC students there is no tuition fees only just pay exam fee which 6000 per year and seat rent 4000 per year for other students there is 1,20,000 fees per year but some students get benefits also whoever income less than 1 lakh they got full tuition fee refund and whoever 1 lakh to 5 lakh they got 2/3 fees of tuition refund for scholarship there is NSP scholarships and also state government scholarships if you are M.tech student You got stipend 18000 per month and if you are phd scholars then u got 33000 per month

In svnit there is lot of festivals and events held there is most loved cultural fest is sparsh and best technical fest is mindbend ther lot of other but in svnit this are most popular Svnit library is best library as compared to other NIT in library you get e books journal study course relevant books novels stroy books .In svnit sports activities of every game there is inter year tournaments ,inter department ,also sports fest where feculty is also took part in svnit MMNCT cricket fest is very popular in svnit ther

Hostels facilities: Room facilities One bed One chair +study table LAN port Cupboard Fan +tubelight Room cleaning twice in week Menu are decent and nice food it is based on all India verity's in mess menu because in svnit all over India students In hostel lift Geyser are provided in bathrooms Lundary services are also provided which is affordable Hostel fees with mess advance is 52000 per year but here is cons is you not get only hostels fees separately you take hostel you should also pay mess fees whether you are eat or not eat

For admission in svnit you have first crack the jee mains exam and then counselling through a josaa which depends on your AIR RANK and also category rank by this two rank you will get admission in sv-nit surat Application form you will fill up from NTA jee mains website and fess depends upon your category For GEN 1000 per attempt for ST/SC/Pwd 500 per attempt for female 500 per attempt form last date is provide at NTA website in jee mains exam it based on PCM where Physics and chemistry are easy as compared to maths In jee mains pepar based on previous year question for admission their reserved seat for each category and also there is benefits for homestay students.
