Course Curriculum Overview
Good study material, Good assignments, teachers are friendly and approachable. Subjects will be taught as per the vtu syllabus and Extra training will be provided for python or other scripting languages and also for aptitude training for placement etc.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, for merit students and students from the backward classed internship will be provided, for that we have to fill out a form and submit to college officials.
Placement Experience
Good, more than 80 percent of the placement was provided for our batch including companies like HCL, TCS, Mindtree, sonata software etc.
College Events
Every year fresher welcome celebration, ANNUAL DAY, senior send-off party etc. Also, teachers day celebration, cultural days like Ganesha festival will be conducted. Also, ayudha pooja will be celebrated in November and all with be provided with lunch and sweets.Celebrities will be called for some fests and also rock band and mad ads are the most fun part of it
Hostel Facilities
Hostel and food are not good, still, improvement is needed. There is only one small canteen with very less /limited food items provide. It does not have proper seating facility. Apart from it, one small snack/chat corner is there which is busy all the time and not that much clean.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni meet will happen every year and seniors are involved and helping nature. Alumni meet invitations are not actively sent to all rather to limited groups so so far have not got chance to attend any. But from the attendees have heard its good place to look at his phase in the career
Exam Structure
As per the college exam structure, which is eight semesters per engineering degree. Each semester will end for 5 months with 15-20 days of holidays. The syllabus is as defined by the college. Apart from technical subjects additionally lab exams also will be conducted. Also, internal tests will be there for 25 marks.
Admission
Based on my ranking in KCET I selected the college and then went to college for admission. filled the admission form and submitted KCET selection document, college fees and got the admission The admission fees was 6000 apart from the KCET fees and have to pay in the syndicate bank which is inside college campus.
Faculty
Highly efficient staff, Nice teaching skills, Good support for projects and placement. Timely assignments will be given, internal tests will be done and the coverage of syllabus is good for most of the subjects but however for few of the subjects complete portions will not be covered we have to self-study. Many teachers will provide good study material.
