Course Curriculum Overview
As I was very enthusiastic in mechanical things and their mechanism that's why I have choosen this course. Curriculum is good for real world application and further academic pursuits. Some of lab coordinators and teachers should be replaced by other better options. Frequency is good.
Internships Opportunities
There are several technical clubs which provide the good opportunities to learn many things and improve technical as well as managerial skills and time management skill too. One can work on any of such projects and improve him or her merits. And in final year college provides the internship program for all the eligible students.
Placement Experience
From 6th semester. Highest package offered by company is 49 lpa and the Average package is 13-14 lpa. Percentage of students getting placed is quite good. Average data is about 70-80% including all branches. I will take placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fee increase per year and I think this is not bad because as per the increasing demand and service charges of everything one have to pay more for the same on successive year. Complete cost is around 8-9 lakhs. There are several scholarships are available based on eligibility of the students like fee remission based on annual income or category basis also. Other opportunities are good.
Campus Life
Mind bend the largest tech fest of Gujarat held in March. Sparsh cultural fest held typically in Feb or March Almost all kind of books and journals are available in the library Sports and extra curricular activities are also good.
Hostel Facilities
2 shared rooms are there for the BTech students in which two beds along with two tables and two cupboards are there with good lighting condition. Menu is good but taste and quality of food is not so good, there should be improvement in taste and quality. All the registration processes are done on the official website of the college which is quite easy. Hostel and mess are affordable.
Admission
Those who qualified the JEE Mains examination and have secured the cutoff rank with their respective category (if valid) could only took the admission in college. I found all the information for this entrance exam on internet. I don't have any reservation benifits. According to difficulty level, the timing and frequency of exams are good. Atleast 8-10 mentors should be there at the time of admission to provide the information and procedures of admission and documentation and all.
