Likes

Teaching faculty is very good and friendly
Infrastructure in the campus is fantastic
Good hostels and mess food is nice and homely

Dislikes

Some faculty are rude and don’t teach properly
Some subjects are quite difficult and tough
Mess food is not good on some of the days

Course Curriculum Overview

The course which I took was electronic and communications engineering which is very good and our faculty are also very friendly. The comprehensiveness of the course is also very nice. We have chance to take minors in other departments

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure in our college is 90000 in which 50000 is for hostel and around 40000 is for mess and we have a lot of scholarships if we are merit worthy and currently I am getting one scholarship from my first year

Campus Life

The campus life in our college is very good and there are lot of clubs to participate and various social activities to perform the infrastructure in the campus is quite good there are lots of trees and weather is cool

Admission

Admission process in our college is through JOSAA counselling after writing the JEE mains exam which is a national wide exam and we have to get at least 99 percentile to get a seat in our college and which I don't like in admission process is category

I would rate the course around 8 out of 10 the circuljm covers all the basic concepts that we learn in school and they are conducting labs to improve practical knowledge overall they are providing very better learning environment

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

It's a good college for me.

Placement Experience:

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

because of future is EV. So I will take the EEE for a bright future 50:1 ratio level. Faculty qualification is a minimum PG and most of the faculties are complete Ph.D. each unit has a unit test it is very easy only No difficulty to get a pass.

To be honest it's was not my 1st preference to get admission even though I am here . Reason for rejection is distance from my home town. For mba they take cat score only and I am not sure of cutoff but it might range between 75 to 80 for general 70 to 75 for ews and obc . NIT Trichy In A Nutshell

I personally am from Maharashtra so for VNIT Nagpur I Would Have Got ECE(HS) But Is Prefered this college for its national importance and name....i Even was getting top maharashtra colleges from MHTCET.....I wasnt Able To Clear The Criteria In JEE Advanced to Get Into IITs And Hence Couldnt Go There....The 2nd paper went terribly wrong for me but now i am happy....We have the match the required criteria in jee mains to get this clg....also 75% in boards is inportant for Gen and OBC and For SC ST it is 65%....Then Go Through a very very long admission process named JOSAA then CSAB(if you want to upgrade your seat) Then Pay The Fees And Report Physically...Read More
