Course Curriculum Overview
The specific aspects Are in first year it covers most of the basics you must have to learn In life. The curriculum has the labs included which are very helpful in learning the practical knowledge and applying what you have studied in the theory subjects. I suggest only to improve the time table cause it has many different timings. The frequency of exams are good.you can easily write them if you have attended the class.
Internships Opportunities
As I have some of the seniors got interns in TVs and trident.and the stipend my senior is getting in the trident is 50,000 per month. It has certain projects and I'm part of a formula Bharath project and some of the mechanical students are in part of EBaja etc.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester Ford, caterpillar,jsw, Deloitte,BPCL, reliance etc. And 90%of the 4th years have been placed till now and there's still 2 months left for finishing of the placement time. Highest is in my mechanical branch as far as I know it is 20LPA and lowest 6.5LPA. Almost 97% are placed. I'm planning to continue my studies maybe in abroad.
Fees and Financial Aid
Actually tution fees never increases in my case it has been decreased from 15,600 to 11,000. The complete cost of my education deducting my personal charges is around 70,000. NSP For SC and ST students it gives a grant of 1,00,000 per first year. FFE and Engineers India. No I haven't undertaken any type of campus employment.
Campus Life
SAMAR around dec to Jan AAVARTAN Feb ECLECTIKA biggest fest Feb Books are mostly available in the library but in time of exams there is a little shortage of some books Ee have E Classrooms and normal traditional classrooms This NIT has many sports and you can even participate in the inter Nit competitions as well .we also have branch wise tournaments. Yeah the above mentioned fests are run by the students and I'm also a part of them
Hostel Facilities
It has 3 beds ,3 shelfs and 3 study tables with chairs along with proper ventilation and the room is for three persons. I give the rating upto 7 cause it is less spicy and has no salt in it most of the times. Registration is available in the mis portal of the college and only available for the students having higher CGPA from second year. No I haven't rented a room but my have rented in the areas named amanaka,kotaetc.
Admission
The eligibility of the course is you must have completed your12th and you should have been qualified in the jee entrance exam with a percentile more than 85.. The application forms can be done through the nta website. If you are from an SC category you can have fees benefits and some scholarships like NSP. The exams are easy compared to jee and due to the corona pandemic our exams have been conducted very quickly. The only important I suggest us the awareness of applying the colleges in the nta after qualifying jee
