- Supportive Seniors-Seniors are always up there to support us in any matter where we need their help.
- College Location-Our college is in salt lake sector 5 which is a very premium location and our college is surrounded by 5start hotels and Large tech companies like wipro tcs
- Faculty-Most of our experienced teachers are PHD holder and the young ones are completing their PHD from distance so we get both experience and young teachers.
Dislikes
- College Campus-As it in sector 5 which is IT sector so our college campus is not very big,its comparatively big from the colleges present in sector 5 like IEM IIHM but still our campus is average
- Classes gets cancelled anytime and you will be informed by the teacher and hour before the class
- There are two grounds in our college but they both very small.
Course Curriculum Overview
I decided to choose Bachelor of computer application as my career after 12th as I was interested in Computer languages and coding very much. Its a golden technical course for the students who are from commerce or arts background but interested in computer and wants to join tech line after 12th grades
Internships Opportunities
College gives the internship opportunities although I am in first year now my many friends from BBA got internships with new startups,big companies and many got work from home opportunity also. Many are also getting paid who have good knowledge in that field
Placement Experience
There are many opportunities that college will give their students so that they gets placed but it depends on you as I am a first year student I don't have much update about this but I have heard from our seniors that many companies visit in our college and offer good packages but as now its the time of recession so companies are not giving up high packages you can get a internship in 1st yr or 2nd yr and if ur good at your works you will get ppo
Fees and Financial Aid
My tution fees is 360000 this year for 3yrs and in this upcoming year it will increase by 5% for new admissions every year they increase the fees for new batches but there is no change in fees structure once you have taken admission.There is no such scholarship from the college side but if you are a west bengal resident you can opt for svmcm scholarship.
Campus Life
In our college many types of fests happen in a year. But our main fest happens only once in a year that's sahotsava and tech fest is vivarta apart from these every month theres something or other going on in college campus.There are all different type of clubs like singing,dancing,gaming,acting,modeling Different types of sports also happens in our college Like cricket,football,badminton,races,tug of war and many more
Admission
Eligibility for bca is you have to score a minimum of 60% in your board exams.After you get your board results you can directly go to college itself and take admission or else you can go to Dama hospital where you can take admission in our college.No exams are required
