Likes

Infrastructure is great and it is located in a prime location which is great.
The faculty is also very good and helpful.
Alot of events are conducted here which are great for overall development

Dislikes

Placements have been very sluggish this year
The schedule at times get very hectic and the college doesn't get flexible

Course Curriculum Overview

The course includes all the aspects of Management along with the technology related aspects like cloud computing, coding etc. This course provides best of both worlds and makes us industry ready. This course is a flagship program as well.

Internships Opportunities

Alot of internship opportunities do come. Companies like dhl, parel agro, kpmg have come to the campus. So overall placements have been good but companies are not picking a lot of people which is disappointing.

Placement Experience

Currently the college is providing placements but with the current market conditions it is getting difficult to place all students. The average placements is currently of Rs 1200000.The ROI is pretty average.

Fees and Financial Aid

The current fee structure for students is Rs 1400000.The fees payment is very flexible and one can avail loan services as well. By providing income certificate one can also get waiver in fees depending on the merit list.

Campus Life

Campus life here in welingkar is pretty average. There are some cultural and sport events like runbhoomi and impact. The infrastructure of the college is one of the good parts. College is equipped with modern amenities.

Admission

Eligibility for the course is to clear the cutoff percentage.The application form is available on the site and one has to pay a fees of Rs 3000.One can give the following entrance exams like CMAT/ATMA/MAT

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

The Real College Life

I was admitted through CMAT examination. The minimum cutoff to qualify was 80 but I had scored 97.5%. The admission process consisted of GD followed by PI, with moderate level of difficulty. The fee structure last year was 14,00,000 for two years but for the current year they have increased it to 15,50,000 for the entire 2 years.
