Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is more updated as compared to other colleges of the university around.With the introduction of emerging branches and autonomus status,the college was eligible to prepare its own curriculum. For emerging branches , the curriculum is not that set accordingly due to newness of the courses. Core branches have same curriculum but have some extras based on industry standards. Teaching method is old only, with the use of PPTs and books.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 113200 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure: - total fees - Rs.113200(includes everything) Vehicle assistance:Rs. 25000 for each semester Scholarships available : UP scholarship, BIhar Scholarship , Bihar Credit card. Placement is fair, neither that bad not that good.

Campus Life

There are various clubs in different branches based on the core technicalities. Other than that there is music club,dance club and sports club as well. For humanities offerering , there is a club called Khushiya baato. Campus social life is fair. No grand fests are done but small events happen here and there. Infrastucture is good based on the affordibility. There are new edge labs for technologies like Data Science, AI and ML.

Admission

Admission process included either you can give entrance exam that was UPSEEE(now discountinued) or you can get direct admission based on merit.Now it is done based on JEE or merit. I got admission based on the entrance exam(UPSEEE). The eligibility was that you should have passed your 12th exam and does not have any back papers. Application form is available at the official website of UPSEEE or AKTU website.Application fee was around Rs.1000. I did not avail any reservation benefits.(not eligible) There was cut-off based on different colleges and different branches, one opts for.

Placement Experience:

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. There are many company like TCS, L&T, GOOGLE, MICROSOFT, IBM and many more visited our college. If you have CGPA greater than 7 then you are eligible for maximum placement drive. My plan is to get government job.

I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

Reality of NIET plot 19

I will say it's one of the top college under Aktu . Better than other Aktu colleges in few terms like it is autonomous so it has a bit different syllabus and my college focuss on formal talking and technical communication from 1st semester so that the students are ready for facing interviews. In terms of infrastructure, I don't like it much as it in more like a school than a college and the hostels are terrible, you will get ill always .
