the neatness of our college is something to say separately. i visited nearby colleges like nehru and jct and i felt our college is the best for neatness.
the campus is covered with trees and greenery

the cource that i have choose is interesting but the teaching level of staffs has to be improved . it would be better if they provide us the lab facilities. anyway the course is easy when compared to other departments

Internships Opportunities

we have to do internship during the end of each semester. we should select the company for doing internship. during last semester we went to milma dairy company which is a famous milk company in palakkad. now am in 6th semester and i have to do a mini project in this semester according to my idea.

Fees and Financial Aid

the feed which I'm paying for Foodtechnology is 90000 per year. there is extra fees for hostel and buss. the fees which am paying for buss is 12,500 per sem. there are many scholarships but they are giving more importance to tamil students. thats a bad experience for me as am from kerala.

Campus Life

the main fests of our college are annualday, onam celebration and pongal celebration. there will be foodfest which is conducted by the department Foodtechnology. sports and other extra curricular activities are there but they always give more importance to tamil students and the timing of these programs are also not suitable for all students to participate.

Admission

i joined this college through an agent and his name was jijo. he helped a lot during admission process. we should choose science as major subject in +2th std and we should score atleast 60% inorder to get admission for Btech Foodtechnology. some students were facing issues during admission process as some staffs were not that much attentive. the cource Foodtechnology that i have choose is very interesting and easy.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.
