Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Electronics and Communication Engineering. Practical learning is really less. More concentration is given to the syllabus provided which is kind of outdated, compared to the advancements in technology

Internships Opportunities

They do internships,but the price of them is really high. Compared the knowledge we get i think this price is not worth it

Placement Experience

Placement scenario is ok for ECE and CSE students, but none for Mech,BT. Around 70% of them got placed but it is mostly a MRC. Average Package is around 4 -5 lakhs

College Events

We had 2 fest.One for each sem.But this year we combined them into a single fest happening around february.Fest included events from all fields.They contributed real good

Fee Structure And Facilities

Since i got admission through CET, it was around 60k.For a middle-class family that is affordable but for the quality of education, we get that price is too high

Faculty

There are many experienced faculties, only a handful of those are good at explaining stuff to us.The rest should work on their teaching skills

the curriculum is practical up to date and the assignments are project based that encourages better understanding. the assignments are also real world based that require ,the students, to undestand the subjects better. there are 3 internal test with lab tests include that test the student's knowledge in the subject

the eligibily might be from 3rd year. There are several companies such as capegemini hitachi patym dmart. 700 offers are offered. Highest is 25 lakh and average is around like 5 lakh. After the completion of my degree i would like to persue higher studies like MS.

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements

NMAMIT is naturally beautiful!

There's an example names NUCAT which we have to give to get admission here. Also, the courses choice are made available to us only after the entrance result as CSE and EC and AI are topmost and therefore entrance toppers get it first. K-CET which is Karnataka State Entrance examination is the medium for Karnataka students to get into NMAMIT or any other engineering colleges for that matter.
