Likes
- I like library in my college and I spend most of my time in the library. Our library has enormous amount of books, novels, titles which are very useful to students.
- Our college has well equipped computer lab, where a whole new building is dedicated to computers which is a very good thing.
- The faculty in our college are very friendly and motivating. The faculty pushes the students beyond their limits.
Dislikes
- I don't like the unnecessary rules in our college such as dress code(only formals no chappals).
Course Curriculum Overview
Course Curriculum is up to date and has all the important topics like programming languages, DSA, AI basics, etc. We have 2 semesters per year. I choose my course because now AI is ruling the world, every one is chasing it. But if I started digging it into its deeper core, I can master my course. In this scenario I don't need to chase AI I can rule it.
Placement Experience
The placements in our college are quite good. Many of my seniors are satisfied with their placements. Students from 3rd year 2nd semester are eligible for campus placements. Our college even provides campus placement trainings to students from 2nd year 2nd semester, builds the students for placements and interviews. The companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Mindtree, ibm, Hcl, Oyo, TCS, Infosys, innovacx, tech Mahindra, excers, spiders, just dial, wings, vistex, topper, byjus, genpact, cuemath, mrf, medplus and etc
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee in our college is extravagant. I personally think that my college doesn't need to get paid such a huge amount of fees. Fee in my college depends on the course that students choose. Fee structure varies from branch to branch. The branches like CSE, AI-ML, AI-DS,CSG, ECE takes more fee than EEE, MECHANICAL and CIVIL. And there are some other extra fees such as exam fee, books, aprons, blazers and etc, which cost more than the market price which very depressing. Students do have scholarships depending on their caste and fee rembraseement.
Campus Life
Our college helds good amount of annual and technical events. The first event I had in my college is "Swayamkrushi" which is a national entrepreneurship event, where I participated and earned 5000 money which was my first income. The event was held in the month of October. We had a cultural event and DJ Night in the month of December which we all enjoyed a lot and made every one to socialize. Our college has a spacious Library of 1256 Sq.M with more than 83000 volumes and 9000 titles. Our college provides all types of sports and encourages students into all sports and conducts many tournaments. We have clubs like English literature, Hackathon, Dance, Martin's brain storm and etc which are actively working with both faculty and students
Hostel Facilities
Our college hostel is very good. It has good ambience and maintenance. There are 4 people in each room, the rooms are also spacious for 4 people. They provided seperate single beds for everyone, and 2 lockers. A chair and a table for each person. They even provided bedsheet for everyone. The meal in our hostel is just mouth watering. The menu is very good and satisfying. They provide milk, coffee and tea daily morning and evening. The registration process is quite simple, students can select their interested room and should pay the fee.
Admission
I wrote TS EAMCET entrance exam and I got AIR 61,000. In my 3rd round of counseling I got my college as the result. In order to complete admission process, I need to report in the college. So me and my family attended the counseling, the admission process was fine and fair but the only thing is my college didn't accept online payments they asked only for liquid cash. The best thing is, the course I chooses that is Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning which was in huge demand. The only worst thing in my college is the our Head of the department of Mechanical Branch. He treats the students as we are in our schools. Despite of these things I do like my college
