Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum teaches a holistic approach to patient care. The curriculum includes theory as well as clinical experience so making us competent for going and working anywhere. The teaching methods are old school which is lecture cum discussion all the time so it should be change to something interesting. Semi annually, and moderately tough.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fees are increased based on the intake of students each year. Nearly 20lakhs. Sports , and financial aids like students can pay their fees in a monthly basis. I have been class representative for 1 year. Stiped awarded is 700rs in internship every month for 6 months.
Campus Life
Cultural day, annual day, sports day. In the month of March for a week. All varieties of books are available according to the subject related to the course. Projectors and placed in each class with OHP also being used. Sports like volleyball and badminton and cricket are done every year. Student nurses association is run by students.
Hostel Facilities
Bed, fan, table and chairs, fans. Food provided is good and menu changes every week. We have to contact student affairs head to get placement in hostel, it is affordable and cozy. Deralakatte has best pg rooms.
Admission
The student should be of science background with average marks of 65 each in science subjects. In the website called Nitte University. It can be obtained from the Nitte website and details of reservation are also found there. The exams are moderately tough. Done semi annually. All the offices should be together which are currently little bit far from each other.
