TECHNOCRTS INSTITUTE OF TECHOLOGY REVIEW BY 1ST YEAR STUDENT

I am pursuing B.Tech , and i always had an intrest in technology so, i choose B.Tech, The curriculum here is decent , the syllabus is same since 2018 as far as i know. The theory part is taught well enough but when it comes to practical implementation college dosen't perform well but compairing with other colleges in bhopal TIT is good enough. The best thing about TIT is their Training and Placement classes in which you are tought many thinga about IT indrustry and personality develpment according to the corporate indrustry. If i want to give some suggestion to the college then i would say that TIT should improve their labs and focus more on giving students practical knowledge. The exams are held by RGPV University because the college is affiliated to it , the dificulty level of exams is not very high , exams are of medium difficulty. You have to start studing atleast two weeks before to easily pass all the semester exams and everybody easily pass the semester exams.

The college provides internships like amazon AWS . But i will recommend to not depend on the internships provided by th college fond your own opportunites . The college also organise tech events and help students in making orijects of their own.

From 6th semester onwars stuents are eligible for placements. Many companies visit the college like capgemini,TCS,accenture,SAP,hexaware,etc. some of them are mass recruters which offer a package of around 4 lpa - 8 lpa and some of the product based companies offer packages of 8 lpa - 12 lpa . College says that they have a 100 % placements but obviously that is not entirely true , even IITs and IIMs on't have 100% placement rates then how can a private college have, i actually on't know the exact figure if placements but yes it is not 100 %.

Talking about the tution fees so the fees remains same for the 4 years but the worst thing about this college is that it charges alot of miscellaneous fees. So, always remember to make you buget 5,000 to 6,000 higher because this much fees will be added to your actual tution fees every semester. My tution fee is 63,000 per year and also add 10,000 extra miscellaneous fee every year so the total comes out to be 73,000 and you can easily find hostels or pg near the college at a price of 5,000 - 6,000 per month an if you want to use the bus service then it is around 16,000 per year which comes out to be 8,000 per semester. The college invites many companies for campus placements and the average package comes out to be around 4,50,000 which i would say is decent for a private college with fees under 1 lakh.

College organise a fest every year like last year (2023) college invited Nikita Gandhi and this year (2024) has invited Shilpa Rao so , yes college fests are good and also just like every other college all the festivals are celebrated like holi, diwali, new year, christmas, etc. The library here is decent there are books but not many variety of publication books are persent , the size of library is small according to me , it has less capacity and can only occupie around 50 - 70 students maximum. Every classrooms doesn't have smart board or projectors, benches are decent and a class has a capacity of around 60 students. The labs are also decent but they must be improved. There are many clubs in college but not all function well . Slso there is a sports club , if you like a particular sports then here is a high probability that you will get it in college.

Starting with the eligibility, so you just have to be 12th passed. Technocrats Institute has 4 colleges for B.Tech TIT Mains,TIT Exellence,TIT Science and TIT Advance. You can get admission either on 12th bases or on JEE MAINS bases by appling to MP-DTE counselling. Since, it is a private college so you can also get direct admisson easily either by comming to college or by talking to the councellors but i would personally recommend that some councellors here are not good , so if you want to take direct admisson then i would recommend you to directly come to the college and ask all the neccessory details. Talking about the reservations benefits so, yes EWS,OBC,SC and ST gets scholarships. Now, finally talking about studying experience , i would say that teachers here are good and supportive but yes since it is a college so you cannot expect studies would be like school but still it's good. Exams here are conducted by RGPV becuse this college is associated with RGPV University.
