Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum in this course has special certificate and training from IBM officials which made me enrool in the course,the questions given in colleges are mostly real life based so it will make us more experiencd about real world problems,till now how I feel is that the curriculum and teaching methods are really good,the exams are conducted without any study leaves so that makes it a bit difficult
Internships Opportunities
There are many internship programs from this college to big companies like google, IBM etc. In the third year the students will have to do projects that will be based on real life problems and the students who pass on that will have placement opportunities
Placement Experience
From 6th sem onwards the students become eleigible for campus placements.TCS,IBM, Microsoft and some local companies visit our college for placements,till now there are many who got offered to work.The highest package offered in our college was 1500000 and the minimum package was 300000.Those who score 90 to 100 percentage in their degree gets most placements.Though,my plans after degree is to get a masters
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no increase policy in the tuition fee for my year it is fixed,The complete cost of my education may be upto 850000,students with above 90 percentage in their 12th class exam gets a scholarship of 25 percentage off in the total tuition fee,As for first year there is no campus employment but I've known our seniors 3rd years get campus employment
Campus Life
There are annual festivals in college along with studies. During Christmas and other special days. the libraty in yenepoya is much better. The vibe is so calming. The facilities in the classrooms are upto the pricenpaid. Ac conditioned classrooms. There are many clubs like rotary club, national service scheme etc.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility of this college is really good compared to other colleges,as they provide really great food for us,and also the AC is available from 6PM to 6AM ,also our room comes with attached toilet,and the cleaning service cleans our room and toilet daily which keeps it really good.While taking admission in the college we have to specify whether we would be staying at the hostel provided by the college,the hostel fee per year is 85000,our hostel is near to college and we are provided with college bus
Admission
Eligibility of the course was to be a 12th pass.I found the application through an agent,the application fee was 26000,the application date was from March to may. One sem will be of 4 to 5 months. There will be 2 internals. As for me it is quite hard.
