Course Curriculum Overview
Its actually getting quite difficult for me. we all are aware of how much NITs and IITs tend to give attention to practical knowledge as it gives to theoretical knowledge. There have been several research initiatives taken by our college. There are many elective options as GS, SGS, SS n many more.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, they provide a lot of internships to develop yourself, I haven't gone to any of internship So I don't know anything about how much stipend we get.
Placement Experience
I don't know anything about placement cause I just now entered the college. But there has been much news that last year the highest package was more than 50 lakhs and that went to M.Sc mathematics guy. There sure placements if the student has CGP more than 7.
College Events
Sparsh is the biggest event of our college. It is a techno fest event, Kashish is our freshers' event, we have mostly events at every festival. These events are the most popular events in entire colleges present in Surat. More than 3000 n less than 7000 I guess. All initiatives have been taken by the students and we actually do an excellent job.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As I am from a middle-class family it took me around 50,000 approx since I belong to sc caste. Hostel fee is nearly around 30,000 and college fee for me is about 20,000 and 4000-5000 for some other expenses.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, the college provides the loan. I haven't till bow but sure in the future. Yup, they do. They provide documents with which u can avail the loan.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, in the first year we have share rooms. 2 people share the same room. After 2-year we get the choice of whether we want to take a single room or share. I don't know about PGs. Food is of good quality but for me, the taste was different from my home state so it is a bit tricky for me to answer whether the food is good or not. But one thing is sure the quality of food is best.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, We have the good alumni network. We also had the interaction session with some of our alumni. I don't know whether the alumni contribute or not. But there is a large possibility that they do.
Faculty
Our college has a faculty more than 400 teachers. Many of them have their own reserach papers.. Some teachers are fine but still many good teachers are present here whom are always ready to help you with extra study work
