Decent college in terms of placement .

ECE as it's know is one of the most dynamic branch in BTech as it's covers both core and IT sector. ECE as a branch is really very useful as the market for chip is every growing , specially in India where new factory are being set up for chip production. Regarding the faculty don't expect a lot form then although they have vast knowledge of their subjects but their teachers style is rather very casual. The interaction between the teacher and student isn't very good . The semester is usually 5 months long where we have our first minor test after 2 monts of the semester starting and the last month is usually packed with exam minor 2 , practical exam and the major exam are usually conducted in a row .

Internship is generally not provided by the university but most of the students apply through different platforms. The company that come for placement sometimes do offer internship but it's is usually for forth year only.

The students are eligible for placement from their 7th semester. Companies do visit our campus and the placement percentage is usually 90%. Some of the prominent companies that visit our college are : Service now Hummingwave Wipro TCS Samsung Accenture The highest on campus placement for the year 2024 is 24 lakhs on campus and 50 off campus and the average placement is around 7lpa. I believe the placement will definitely improve in the future.

The tution fees per year is 80k per year, during the admission we have to pay 11k as the admission fees . There is no scholarship provided by the college but different government scholarship are available, and the college will notify it time to time.

The website claims the college to be build in 300+acre of land but in reality the used land is just around 50 to 70acres the rest is all forest land inaccessible to the students. The overall infrastructure of the college is not so great the academic buildings are good but the condition of the hostels are not good at all. There are several clubs in the college that includes sports , cultural, coding clubs etc. The sports facilities is decent we have a stadium in the universe with sports facilities like football, cricket, basketball, skating, badminton. Regarding the library, it is a moderate sized Library with wide range of books and journals.

The hostel facility is ok. For the first year the students either get a double sharing or 4 sharing rooms . You cannot give any preference the rooms are alloted randomly. A double sharing rooms consist of two beds , two set of table and chair and a common wardrobe. A 4 sharing rooms consist of 4 sets of bed table amd chair and 3 wardrobe. The annual rent for hostel is 19k +5k as security. The mess fees is 18k per semester which sums up to=36k per year . The mess food quality is good. For Breakfast we usually get allo paratha , sandwich. For lunch its rice , roti, dal and any veggies. For dinner it's the same as lunch .

The admission in the college is done on the basis of jee mains rank and through its own counciling. The eligibility for admission in BTech is 60% and above in 10+2. The counciling form is available on the university's website and is usually available after the Jossa counciling. Both home state and other state students can apply for the counciling, although only 10% of the seat is reserved for the other state students. The admission process is rather very slow and is usually takes place very late i.e after Jossa and csab rounds are over.
