Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is according to the current days requirements and will be set by the facultys. The curriculum includes what a company expects from you and will be updated accordingly.There many activities held in the college which supports to understand apart from the syllabus. The facultys are good and full of knowledge of their respective subject. But some faculties are not good at teaching although they know the subjects well.
Internships Opportunities
The college offers internship opportunities from centre of excellence. They are made for the research purpose only. For example the centre of excellence in antenna opens few internship opportunities and can be available in the RVCE website. The internship are open after even semester.
Placement Experience
The placement are pretty good that's the only reason why students take admission in this college. The circuit branch has avarage CTC of 12 lakh per annum and non circuit branchd has 8 lakh per annum. The highest package is 90 lakh offerd for the IS student this year. Every one will get placements in the college. I am also trying to get into the company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fees is 99806 per year for KCET students. There is different fee structure for the different mode of admission. The yearly 5000 exam fees during the end of even semester. The state scholarship called as SSP is available and it is 18100 for each year. And raitha nidhi 10000 if you are a farmer.
Campus Life
The annual fest name is 8th mile and held every 2 years. The e-summit is held every year. Both feast will be 3 days long. and the Kannada Habba is also held for 2 days every year. There will be also techfest held in college. There are 8 centre of excellence of different departments which will help you with tech and research. Our college is good at cricket. And annual they will participate in VTU championship.Other sports teams also participate in this competition. There different social clubs. A student can club after 1st year.
Hostel Facilities
There are total 4 boys hostel 1 girls hostel inside the campus. And with mess fesilities. The food has no taste and will common south Indian food. The mess is big enough to acommodate all people. The meal quality is low and there is no non veg options in the mess this pure vegetarian mess. The hostel rooms are shared between 2 people and spacious enoug.theit is common bathroom for every wing.
Admission
Admission process was through the KCET exam held only in Karnataka state. Admission is done through the government website KEA. So the process will be available in the website and every one should follow the same.The exam is held once a year after the board exams.
