Course Curriculum Overview
The institution is the oldest and hence the best teacher education institution in the state of Odisha. The curriculum follows the syllabus of major Teacher Eligibility Tests(Tests) of Odisha state so, the students are fully prepared for the professional field they are aiming to go in.

Fees and Financial Aid
Being an govt institution the admission fees is only 5000/- per year which is very minimal compared to other govt and non govt educational institutions. Besides candidates can avail scholarship aids run by the State Govt of Odisha and the staffs of the institution make sure that none of their students go without availing the scholarship.

All the extracurricular activities including sports, dance, song and many other performing and visual arts are encouraged in the institution.
Admission
Candidates get admission into the college after clearing the State B.Ed entrance exam of Odisha. The entire process of filling up the form for the exam is done through the SAMS portal of Higher Education department of Odisha. Advertisement for the application is released through various newspapers and in the SAMS site itself which includes the entire timeline from beginning of application for the exam till the admission process. This exam is conducted once a year with the cut-offs ranging from 60 to 65 for Arts students while it's around 50 to 55 for the Science students. The admission process post qualifying the exam is completely offline and pretty smooth.
