Likes
- I like the college campus and infrastructure. The college provides us various opportunities to develop our skills and also give importance to sports and arts . The students get individual attention which is a main thing to note . The teachers are so.
- All the students are equally treated and special classes are arranged for students who are weak in studies. The vast and beautiful campus gives us a homely feel .
- The transportation services is one of the main things . College buses are available everyday even on Sundays.
Dislikes
- The only thing I dislike about this college is lack of holidays. All the students wish to go to there hometown but holidays are less .
- Sports and arts can be improved. Girls hostel is far from the town so that it is difficult for us to go to town .
- The hostel warden is a bit strict sometimes. The a mail and Xerox is needed for going out in every cases which is sometimes a burder.

Specific aspects that influenced me to take nursing is the clinical experience which allowed me to witness the direct impact nurses have on patient care inspired me . The medical knowledge and interpersonal relationships influenced me. The nursing curriculum is designed to prepare student for real world challenges through evidence based practices , communication skills and ethical decision making.nursing curriculum comprises of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Fee details: 1st year : 175000 2nd year :170000 3rd year:170000 4th year 17000 The total tuition fees is 685000 . The hostel fees is for 1st year is 97000 which includes hostel fees , mess fees and hostel deposit.
Campus Life
The main fest held in this college is annual day which usually take place is the month of February. There is a cultural week when various competitions are held and the last day is the anual day . All the major festivals including onam , holy , Christmas , new year are celebrated. The tibatian students get leave on the tibatian new years. The college library allows us to access various books and the calm atmosphere there allows us to read . We are allowed to borrow library books and return them after needs. We can also get previous year question papers here . The class rooms and the infrastructure is so good and the teaching methods are understanding. The various labs allows us to develop our skills and practice. The college gives importance to fitness and sports . There is an indoor stadium and gym where students have free access. And there are various clubs like sports clubs, health clubs , public speaking clubs and various classes and competitions are held on the basis of the clubs
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is good. The students get a good atmosphere to study and enjoy there college life . There is free wifi , hot water for bath and all the needed facilities are available. The hostel mess is good and also there is pakashala where we are allowed to buy food items. Each room consists of 3 students and a common washrooms . The students can go for outing with the permission of college on leaves. Overall the hostel is good
Admission
Nitte usha institute of nursing science is one of the most reputed nursing colleges of manglore affiliated to nitte deemed to be University. It offers various undergraduate and post graduate courses.The college provides modern facilities, well equipped classrooms and labs for practicals . Eligibility: Pass in 10,+2 examination with not less than 45 % marks in physics, chemistry and biology taken together and English marks individually. The candidates should also attend nucat entrance examination. The application form for nucat will be available at www.nitte.edu in . The application fees is INR 1000. The last date for registration is 6th February 2024. The syllabus for nucat examination is physics, chemistry and biology of puc . The difficulty level is medium. An above average student can score passing marks . The question will be multiple choice questions. I will refer nitte for the students who wants to do bsc nursing. The campus, teaching and infrastructure is good.
