The course was good enough to learn the theoretical concepts and their practical implementations. One thing that made me disappointed was the lack of focus on practical learning. All focus on students is diverted towards academics and scoring good marks. How to score highest or passing marks is the only thing that a student focuses on. No Research Initiatives were taken by the Institute, lack of opportunities in research and development. Elective subject options are provided by the university, but the unavailability of the faculty of the demanded subject in the college left students with no hope to learn what they want to.

No, the college did NIT provide any internship. If a student wants to do an internship they have to do it outside the campus in the company he/she likes.

The placement opportunities are properly provided and the necessary training for placements is also given to the students appearing for placement. Around 80% of students get placed every year and an article is published in the local newspaper about the students who get placed. Many major companies visited the campus like Capegemini,IBM,NTTData,Hitachi,InfoStretch,etc. The average package was around 3 lac PA.

In our college, there are many fests organized throughout the year. The name of sports fest is Adamya which is organized once every two years in which many regional colleges take part for about 1 week in which various games are played. Cultural and technical fests are also organized one in each sem as the college see fit according to the curriculum. Fests help students relieve from the daily studies and do some fun. A lso roles for managing fests are given to the students which give them an opportunity to learn about management.

The fees were reasonably affordable Rs. 83,400 tuition fee and other additional fee includes Rs. 15,000, but it totally depends on one's parent's source of income. I paid the fee through student education loan, and it was quite easy to apply for the loan.

Our college is affiliated to AKTU University which provides a government scholarship for the students whose family income is less than Rs. 5,00,000. Many of my classmate's avail scholarship of around Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000 to pay their fees.

I am a day scholar but some of the classmates are hostelers. They always complain about food quality provided in the hostel mess. The rooms provided are shared between 2 students and are well furnished. The hostel is provided for both girls and boys and separately located. The fees of the hostel are Rs 60,000 per year. No PG facility is provided.

Currently, there is no such program but our college is now preparing for such platform where alumni can meet together after a very long time.

The future of students is in the hands of the teacher and its necessary for a teacher to be qualified enough to teach and guide the students. The teachers in our college are qualified enough and have proper knowledge of their domain subjects. They have experience of at least 4 to 5 years, but they lack when it comes to making classes more interactive and involve every student in the discussion. The standard of teaching is good but it can be improved.
