Likes

I liked the faculty , as the their teaching experience is good. They are providing good knowledge to the students.they help in doubts clarification for the students.
Classes are good with digital classes for teaching.
I like the mentorship of the teachers, taking 10 students in each faculty ,taking their care.

Dislikes

I don't like the transportation system ,it was way long to college
The bus fees for the college was very high.
No proper canteen and , ground for the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I can rate the PGDM course as 3.5 out of 5. I choosed this course because it is providing dual specialization. We can choose a major and a minor subjects as specialization. It helps us to understand the real world applications . As it is providing more 15 specializations , I felt it is good to choose.

Internships Opportunities

There are some good internship opportunities available in the college . They provided so intership opportunities in marketing department, sales department and finance. Styphend was on work based , nearly 10-12 k

Placement Experience

1.5

After 4 th semester students are eligible for placements. The average package is of 800000. For pgdm it is up to 12 lpa. Highest package is 47 lacs . After completing the course, there are quite good opportunities for the graduates .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of the course for two yrs is 845000. If the percentage of UG , 12th and 10 th is above 85% ,1 lack scholarship will be provided by the college management. I can say the college employment opportunities are ok as of now.

Campus Life

It was quite a good experience here, Library has alot of journals and books . That conducted a surface event in the starting of the college No sports offered by the college . Class rooms are good with digital classes , helping in teaching.

Admission

Admission process is based on Personal interview and HR and faculty rounds. The interview rounds are of 20- 30 min. Eligibility of course is ,any degree of Undergarduation is required. Application form can be found on th college website. Application fees is 500.

Interview Experience

I have attended two interview rounds for the admission process. They have asked questions related to finance and , marketing. And questions on the UG course . Along with the specialization I am interested.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.
