Course Curriculum Overview

It is a bit hectic as there are 70+ papers in total in 4yrs of course . However it covers almost all the subjects on which a student should have the basic idea regarding the common subjects like economics and basic principles of English

Class Size: 105Course Fees: INR 69720 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Well talking about the fee structure we have a basic fee of 1200 for general students but 69000 for the students who took spot admission .there are also the provisions of quota like handicapped quota and staff quota

Campus Life

When I joined in 2021 the campus was a smaller and under development one . We don't have a bigger campus than many of the colleges that come under the ouat . But overall we have got most of the facilities in our college and it's a good one for sure

Admission

The admission process begins with a screening exam which is done in cbt mode. Then the result of that test comes in the form of percentile and 25% of both 10th and 12th exam number are included along side the 50% of the cbt test result

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture is one of the important and relevant subjects out of all. If we say about Indian context then most of the people are dependent on agriculture. So in India it's relevance is very high. This curriculum consists all type of subjects like agronomy, soil science, economics, marketing, pathology,genetics and breeding, horticulture etc. this course is more based on practical than the theory. In our curriculum the mid sem occurs in the middle of the semester which is approx march in winter semester and in September- october in monsoon semester and the end semester exam held in end of the semester which is in December in monsoon semester and may in winter semester.

Everything happens for a reason

Course Curriculum Overview:

As India is a agricultural country most people depends on agriculture so I choose this course that I think it might have more scope. Through this course, we covered both theory and practice; we planted crops, prepared the field, applied manure to the soil, and irrigated the field. The difficulty is not too hard, and there are about 4 exams in a year, which is very good. In this course we must visit the village and interact with village people know their problems and try to find solutions. In our college we are less interactive with village farmers.

Agriculture: Survival kit

Course Curriculum Overview:

Agriculture course is highly vast and informative. This course actually provides economic knowledge about the food we consume in our daily life and also provides the information about how they are grown and taken care of by our hardworking farmers. And talking about the difficulty level it's actually easy and we just have to get involved in this course as much as we can. Improvement this course requires is to give proper guidance to our farmers and also to provide them with proper wages they deserve.

Ouat at a glance, from a students eyes.

I did my graduation from this college only and so i was comfortable with the faculties the exam. Pattern so i decided to go for post grad from ouat only. I secured rank 5 in the entrance and also rank 25 in all india JRF to get into this stream.
