Remarks

College is good as we have scope for our future but lacks in giving practical knowledge because lab aren't good enough.

Entrance Preview

Campus is vast and situated outside of Bangalore,so basically environment is good and only non autonomous college of vtu which is top 10. So there plenty reasons and besides according to my rank and branch i wanted this was the best option. And it is running from 89 so quite old and reputed.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

1st year comes with basic subjects which everyone has studied in their respective 10+2 and a basic introduction to subjects like mechanical civil and electrical. Labs are also there like Computer aided drawing. And then in 2nd year you go to your respective department to study the subjects u chose as a branch

Internships Opportunities

No. Actually my college doesn't support internship but they have focused on your scholarship according to the marks and they give leave for interships.

College Events

4

Every department has its fest or event and every event has a lot of gathering while college's main fest which is generally celebrated in October or November is the massive one. Every event is of one day but main event has 2 day time period and known as kalanjali.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite feasible as compared to other colleges of Bangalore. And there are different fee structure for students which are admitted through different competition exam. Who came through kcet and are local people from Karnataka has to pay around 50k a year while comedk students have to pay 1.8 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

There aren't good scholarship which can give a lot of money or chance to learn something but they have some decent scholarships with average money.

Campus Life

3

Campus life is awesome as you don't have to worry much about attendence and gender ratio is not 1 is to 1 but not that bad every class has about 35 to 40 percent girls. Extracurricular activities seems fun as different clubs for people with different interests are there and labs suck because they are using too old equipments. Outdoor sports are flourishing here and debate competition are good though

Alumni/Alumna

I guess so, because they helped me and different seminars are connected everytime to give us more knowledge about the world outside of college and how it works.

Exam Structure

Well there are different schemes which changes in irregular interval. For us we have to give three internals and assignments which makes a total of 40 marks and they're in respective teacher's hands while you have to give 100 marks exam as finals which is then reduced to 60.

Admission

Firstly i prepared for comedk uni gauge, after its result i was able to make preference for my college. I chose it and then i was invited to Bangalore at counselling round where i got my college allotment letter. Then i was supposed to come here and submit original documents and like that i became a student here

Faculty

3

Faculty is a combo of young and old teachers. Many with experience of a kot of years, they will tell you how to score marks in exams while young teacher with young talents support you and your ideas, clearing your doubts apart from textbook. You get along with them really well and experience always comes handy
