Course Curriculum Overview
The course was of 4years, containing 40 subjects. Each year is divided into 2 semesters. So total 8 semesters we had. And in each semester we had 5 subjects. And in those, some of them were containing practicals. And in the final semester, we had an option to choose either from data mining or cloud computing in computer science branch.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, several companies visited college to provide the internship. Companies like Microsoft, Ittiam, Systango came to give internships and also the pre placement offers.
Placement Experience
The placements of our college was good. Almost 90% of the eligible students got placed to at least one company. The companies like Wipro, Infosys, cognizant, persistent, SAPLabs, L&T and many more companies came.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As it was a semi government college. We had to pay around 14000/- to 15000/- in the first two semesters. Then it gradually increased to 21000/- till I reached the final semester.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels were old designed. Since it was constructed many years back. But timely they used to get repaired and redesigned. In the hostel rooms, 2 students were staying. And each year we were supposed to shift to another hostel. Hostel food was not awesome. It was ok. Yes PGs we're also there in our hostels. The hostel fees was around 5800/- per semester.
Alumni/Alumna
Once in an year our college invites the allumnis and they visit the hostels as well. We get change to interact with them.
Faculty
The faculties were experienced and had practical.knowledge over their subjects. They used to solve our problems both in the class also in the labs.
