Good engineering College in a small town with great facilities

The Infrastructure needs to be improved a bit . Also they can be more liberal with the students .

At the time my admission, there were no entrance exams we were evaluated on the basics of marks scored in secondary exams PCM(physic, chemistry, maths) .

Its a very regress course of IT, but its very tailored made to learn and is very similiar or on the lines of IIT curriculum for the same field.The subjects related to programming language are taught to advance level with do exposure on the real world .

No, Certain companies do visit the campus from ahmedabad and baroda location for internship n provide a below average stipend.Also college has a R&D section which take only 1-2 student every year .

Its decent usually 50-60% of student get placed by the end of year. The offer they get is pretty good for beginning. Also big companies like TCS n INFY do a zero day at the campus itself. Also college and departments head a good repo with few companies located in North gujarat .

Culture fest biannually Annual Fest in month of JAN/DecAn IT fest event happens in Feb Freshers and farewell party are pretty common . Apart from these you have a good canteen to hangout with friends and have fun. Usually there IT techfest is very popular and see alot of students participate across india .

Fees at my time was feasible and was per semester based . But recently i have hear there fees have increased a lot and the course are costly but i think its at par with other colleges in the same categories. Also they charge alot for reexam and other stuffs .

None, they do sometimes give a ST/SC scholarship, But i m not fully aware of it . So u should really on outside loan from bank only .

Gender ratio is pretty even 60:40 (M:F), extra curricular is restricted to few events per year, but u do have decent sports facilities, like a football ground n sport complex, also they plan a goo activites around the sports area . Facilities of labs are not best in there state of art .

Hostel is very good, but the size is limited and it cannot accomdat complete batch strength, but room near to college are avail in good condition and at cheap rate which can be rented. Also the food is decent in mess but u have lot of cheap options around

The Alumni is not that active, and if person is looking for any help on this i would say staff is the best person to go too .

Its a hectic exam schedule . They do 3 monthly exam every semester with one final and practice exam . Also all monthly exam results have there share in the final exams you need to be on your toes to succeed in exam as the paper is quite tough . Also the
