There is a seperate hostel for boys and girls in the college campus only with good mess facility

The only thing i dislike is it is very hard to reach on time when we miss the college bus

Course curriculum was comprehensive and understanding in relation to practical and thertical aspects. It was over all satisfactory and gained alot of knowledge and learning lot of things apart from aducation . The frequency and the timeing of exams was announced before 2-3 months. The overall fee structure in the college was average. I think even from a middle class family could afford it easily It is better to choose this college for good education and environment. Overall I can say this is one of my favorite colleges.

Campus Life

The range of books and the journels available in the library are outstanding and the facilities in the classroom with technology used while teaching is amazing. There are sports events held in the college campus every year.

Admission

Admission process was simple and easy. Minimum eligible criteria was 50% weightage in Undergraduation and i was eligible to get admission there.i was eligible for masters in Biotechnology, microbiology and MBA as well. The timing of exams are announced before 2-3 months

excellent in acedimics

Course Curriculum Overview:

1.I was very much intrested to be a scientist when i choose biochemistry because its one of excellent bioscience subject to pursue the carrier as good scientist and complete the phd in bio science field 2.I would say for further acedmic carriculum like to pursue phd and to complete bioscience related competative examination will be clear by just following acedimics but am not saying it will prepare for you to a real world . 3.teaching methods is excellent as i mentioned earlier but problem is they only stick to acedmics apart from that they didnt prepare for real world problem job getting moto that is problem 4.exams level of difficulty is mediatory not high or not low as of my knowledge but other say it very difficult exams nobody able to score more than 70%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food and nutrition articles in newspaper made me to take this course. As it had full scope in that time. Actually curriculum is very poor in preparing us for real world application. Practical session must include more of industrial visits and projects related to industry. We had enough time to study .

My Experience: The good and the Bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable

In our department , 2 to 3 students are getting palcements. after i completed my degree , i want to research so i admitted in phd programmes.

The curriculum is fairly distributed among the 2 years. The first year broadly covers the course work, and learning of the laboratory techniques. Followed by a mini project and a major project under a professor of interest. Stem cell biology always intrigued me and this course offered exactly what I want. The curriculum focuses on training students very rigorously to make them fit for harsh conditions and situations in the real research world.

They provide good curriculum and better syllubus which covers most of the geology and oceanography topics especially physical and chemical oceanography, climatology, hydro geology and other topics but practically they seems little back they doesn't provide new instruments for surveying and oceanography they still following old techniques which is not relevantly used in this time

Padmashree is the best.

Padmashree institute of management and sciences has the best core subjects and also epth the optional subjects. It has a very good combinations of subjects, like biotechnology, biochemistry and microbiology. And biotechnology biochemistry and genetics. And also biotechnology, biochemistry and EVS.
