Course Curriculum Overview

I chose MBA marketing. They give extensive training in business presentation and public speaking. Lal Bahadur Shastri is one of the finest MBA colleges in India. They train you well in speaking skills that help you will in the future career in a Corporate arena.

Internships Opportunities

College provides ample opportunities for internship and many students restored to internship off campus. People have their own sources. The internships provided by college are with some very good companies with average stipend around 10000.

Placement Experience

90% of the students t easily placed. A lot many companies came to campus for taking interviews and candidate selection. The students here get sufficient options and best companies to apply for.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Rs. 10,00,000 Their fee is quite reasonable looking at the curriculum and the robust faculty that they have. You get good highly paying job after the MBA. You can also opt for educational loan.

The Real Unbiased Truth of JIMS Kalkaji

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are average when compared with other B-schools of similar level. The companies which have visited so far for internships are mostly start ups like Wealth Blue and Outlook, but some other companies like ITC, Bajaj Capital and Coca Cola moon beverages have also come on campus. The highest stipend promised so far is 15,000 for 3 months or 10,000 per month for 2 months. A lot of students are yet to be placed, both for final and summer placements. My plan is also to get a job post my PGDM.

Compass provide a place the highest package our were born is 20 lakhs per annum from the Fite department and the average placement gets around 8 to 10 laks and the minimal is7-8 lakhs. Good opportunity in JIMS

Placement Experience:

From 4th trimester onwards that if from August onwards after coming back from 3 months summer internships, companies come for placements and students can apply to the companies. The companies that visited campus are DELOITTE, KPMG, ACCENTURE,TCS, RANDSTAD,ICICI,SBI, MOTILAL OSWAL, BAJAJ, ASIAN PAINTS, ADITYA BIRLA, BLACKROCK, GRIDLINES etc. and many more. The highest package of our batch went for 24 lakhs( Oman based company) , average went around- 7-8 lakhs , lowest - 4.5-5 lakhs. Profiles offered- Sales head, operational manager, Deputy branch manager, Junior Analyst, Analyst, HR - talent acquisition team , underwriting team etc. Right now more than 80% of students have gotten placed and rest are in the placement process which will be till April. I have been placed in ICICI LOMBARD for Underwriting and Claims process and will be joining the company soon.

LBSIM: Life Changing Experience for me.

I was offered admission by Fore, Delhi, NMIMS Bangalore, Hyderabad, GLIM Gurgaon but I talked to people of different colleges on Linkedin. I found that LBSIM people were good at interactions and overall location, curriculum suited me the most. The admission process had a GD followed by PI. I was selected through CAT but selection through XAT is also availble. Cut off ranges from 72 percentile for RBA to 84 percentile for General. I had wailist at Fore, which got clear after the first round but the response of LBSIM's RBA was better than Fore's BDA...Read More
