Course Curriculum Overview
The learning process is good. Teachers are very co-operative. If the student wants, he/she can easily score good marks. Two electives which we can choose from other branches. And 6 electives in our branch. We can more knowledge in labs and practical classes.
Internships Opportunities
Yes. One external internship , and one internal . It was unpaid but the experience and practical knowlwdge really helped
Placement Experience
Placement was good. Most student got directly placed from campus. The highest in my batch was around 27 lakh p.a. with an avg of 8 to 11 lpa , depending on the branches.
College Events
Every sem, there will be cultural/technical week. From technical competitions to cultural functions, food to dance , everything was totally awesome. Football, cricket, swimming,running and many other competitions were organized both by MIT (college level) and MU ( university level ) per year
Fee Structure And Facilities
It was good for the facilities provided by the college. It was 2.25 lakh tuition fees when i joined . The previous batch had around 2 lakhs. The present amount is around 3 lakh per sem !
Hostel Facilities
2 years in hostel . 2 outside. All types are available : ac/non ac , single/double Food is also awesome. Food court and messes have good veg and non veg varieties. Apart from normal meals , we also can buy from the food court shops using our manipal mess card.
Alumni/Alumna
There are groups in facebook which helped a lot. We will get solution to every problem in the groups.
Faculty
Civil is the oldest branch in Manipal. The faculties are very good and supportive. Always happy to help whenever needed.
