Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The curriculum is low based in real world. The teachers should be at time in the class. The curriculum is good but the way of teaching is not so good. I didn't like the way the teachers taught us in the classroom and this is the area that i thought should be improved

Internships Opportunities

1

As my program is a bachelors degree program so t my program had not any placements .Placements are for courses like MBA and B.Tech.Also there is no intenships available in my college and the companies here for campus placements are not so good

Placement Experience

2.5

THere is no placements of college.Placements are there for courses like MBA and B.Tech directly from the university ,also the placements are not so good enough .There is less chances of students to get placed

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is not so high and any one can afford it ,it was decent and even i think the fee is much less from other colleges. complete cost of my education is around 4500.There are no scholarships but there is student credit loan available so that they can pursue a course which requires huge amount in fees

Campus Life

4

There is all types of fest like bihar diwas on every 31st december, fresher's party in month of february, holi fest ,diwali fest and much more. There is smart class for effective leanring, sports facilities like basketball court

Hostel Facilities

1.5

As i am from the same city so i have my home here.I din't applied for hostels. As hostel facilities is not so good because the room conditions are very bad there is less cleanliness and food of canteen is very bad

Admission

Admission process was pretty good. There is no entrance exam for the course ,the admission is done on the basis of marks you have scored in 12th.Eligibility of the course is you have to pass 12th with 60% of the marks in main subjects.Application form is found in the admission department and application fees is approx 500. application dates are opened in the month of september.THe admission process should have to be fast.

Interview Experience

1

As such there is no group discussion or any kind of tests in admission.Beacuse it totally depend upon how much you score in your 12th.I didn't prepare for any of these types as my marks are good enough to get into it

Currently not many as Bihar hardly have industries but our college has made some connections and therefore those industries come for placements. However only 30-35% students are placed and not many as of now.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free.

Nothing influenced me yet i just have to go for it because of my graduation . Yes they prepare you good enogh for the rat race you are gonna do in coming future . The curriculam is a joke they will put information today and you have to get today only . I would suggest some of the rules and regulations should be maintained by the staffs and students even with teachers. Exams should in such manner no student can atleast face problems regarding admit cards and can cheat . there is no difficulty in in mid one but final one .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Com curriculum at LNMU around 7.5/10 for relevance and coverage. I chose this course because it included all the important commerce subjects needed for government exams, higher studies like MBA, and basic professional courses. The syllabus builds a good theoretical foundation, but it lacks practical exposure like Tally, GST or real industry projects. Teaching methods are simple and could be improved with more modern, interactive approaches. Exams are held twice a year and follow predictable patterns, so the difficulty level is moderate. With notes and regular study, most students clear them easily.

Big 4 and some manufacturing companies who have large scale accounting are the ones who have partnered with college to get them the real workforce for their organisation. A lot of girls from our college who secured jobs from campus have helped the college build network and make sure every year maximum girls are placed from campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly the college doesn't prepare students for the real world. Teaching methods of the teachers are okay but it doesn't help in the real world competition. No extra curricular activities are held for students. College gives enough time for preparation for the examination. Anyone can pass easily in this college.
