Course Curriculum Overview

In Bsc .MLT in each semester there is 6 subject to study. Microbiology , pathology, biochemistry,and pharmacology are the main subjects. In exams all questions are coming from inside the syllabus. I wish to become a medical lab technologist so it influenced me to choose this course

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 314000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My complete tution fees is 314000. Bsc.MLT is a three year course. 1 year internship is also available in college. There is some scholarship also available in college.But I didn't take any scholarships.

Campus Life

My college overall experience is very nice. The college management conduct all the annual and technical festivals. All medical related books and journals are available in library. Anti ragging committee , environmental clubs, and students clubs are also in college

Admission

Plus two science group is the eligibility of Bsc MLT course . In plus two minium 50% mark is scored in chemistry , biology and physics . The application form is available in Srinivas University website. There is no entrance exam in this college.

From Classrooms to Clinic : My College Journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

Aspects that made me choose this course : The course has strong clinic focus. It gives early ward postings and lab skill training. The mix of theory and clinical work made me choos it. The course gives hands-on skill in wards and lab. We learn case study, care plan and drug chart. It also improves our critical thinking skills during intervention. Areas to improve : More skill lab time can be added. More demo with new tech will help. More group talk snd case based learn can imrpove study. There are 2 internal exams each sem and one final exam. Exams are fair and needed daily study. They are not very hard if we prepare well.

Good Intership.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are available, but they are average and not very high level. The college conducts campus placement for our course, mainly in hospitals and related healthcare sectors. Many students get placed through college, but package is usually basic or entry-level. It is good for starting career and gaining experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is covered by theory classes as well as the practical hours, clinical posting time will be change in each semester. As for the exam each year is consist of two semesters, and each semester have two IA exam which coming up of the end semester eaxm. The difficulty of the subjects is based on how each student is will approaching the subject. As my experience of 3 years I felt like that the subjects will be get difficulted in each coming semester. And most of the subject will be having practical exam section which includes the osce section, which helps the students to improve the self confidence and good maintenance of interpersonal relationship. The 1 IA will on 3nd month of your semester starts and the 2 IA will be 1-2 months after your first IA anthe final end semester exam will be on the 6th month after the semester starts....

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've always wanted to do a professional course and I choose to nurse because it's a challenging yet rewarding profession. The faculty is well qualified and experienced with newer teaching-learning methods. I'm not quite sure about the student-to-faculty ratio. Exams are held annually. It really depends on the student but you have to do your part responsibly to make the most and learn.

I joined in this collage in management seat i looked for 2 collages one is srinivas and other is yenapoya both of the collages are in manglore.
