Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is top notch and systematically divided with the huge amount of students studying there. There are a lot of options available for real-world applications and really helps in giving an industry exposure. There are specifically 3 exams per course per semester, 2 internal and 1 final.
Internships Opportunities
For pre-fianl year students and final year studenst a lot of MNCs come for the internship offering. Companies like GAP, Microsoft, JP Morgan, etc. Projects just depends on the position one is applying for. and majorly companies look for people who have a similar project exposure but that is something which is not mandatory for these companies.
Placement Experience
There is a dedicated Placement cell which helps Final year and Pre-final students to get the best offers before graduation itself. It has a 100% placement ratio with an average salary of 8 LPA for a bachelors of technology student. Actually taking a number for the companies visisted is always growing and keeps on increasing. Highest packages shoot upto around 3-4 Cr. There is a full variety of companies visiting : Apple, Microsoft, Amex, Blackrock, Amazon, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
It has a rank based fee structure, where students getting a lower rank gets the minimum amount of fees with different scholarship slabs. With a decent rank one can get all expenses covered within 13 - 14 LPA for complete 4 years includong hostel, mess and tution. I personally did not opt for campus placements as I had other plans at that moment but the university did had a great Placement network and helped students to secure great placements.
Campus Life
I would say, one of the best place for annual and technical fests. They happened once a year, both sepeartely and both had a dedicated week for it. There is a mighty 5 floor library which has a huge variety of books and journels for research and development purpose. All classrooms were highly equiped with the best technologies required, as the projectors, whiteboards, podiums and microphones. All sorts of sports facilities available with a huge range. Lastly the best place for clubs and highly reknown chapters, university holds more than 200+ clubs and chapters when we talk in numbers and are distributed in a huge variety with social, technical, adventurous and many more.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are very good: clean rooms with all the amenities : Beds, cupboards, mirrors and etc. They provide common clean and hygenic washrooms with huge capacity. They have a lot options in hostels : 1,2,3,4,5,6,8 bed rooms, AC or non AC - everything is there. Meals are also divided into 3 categories: Veg, Non-Veg and Special. They cook authentic and tasty food. They keep proper clean kitchen maintained. Registration Process is through fisrt come first serve at the time of joiinng and after that you can opt through merit basis. But with a wide range of variety it makes both affordable and luxuruos according to what one wants to choose.
Admission
Pretty smooth, had an entrance exam and then got through a councelling process. No reservations All application process and exams were online I dont think there are any areas of improvement for this University
Other Applied Colleges
